Sorry to be blunt about this, but if you try and excersize based solely off motivation, you're going to fail pretty quickly. Getting swole isn't about motivation, it's about discipline. Motivation is such a fleeting thing. I can be motivated to do something for 5 minutes and then no longer feel motivated, so a workout would be 5 minutes. Does that sound like a good workout? No. You have to find it within yourself to push yourself even though it's "so freaking hard". If this shit was easy everybody would look like Zyzz, but it's not easy, it takes dedication and commitment to push through even when you don't want to. There are days at the gym where I would rather kill myself than spend one more minute there, but I push myself because I'm never going to be better if I dont. Fuck motivation, brother. Find the discipline.
